One of my friend applied for US tourist Visa. I was shocked to hear that his application was rejected. Most of us want to make use of an opportunity to visit US to look at the Statue of Liberty, White House and Washington.
But the Embassy officials reject visa on various grounds like, no blood relations, income tax etc. At least they could consider giving tourist visa for limited time period for rejected applications. This will help tourist to make use of an opportunity to have a glimpse of the Super Power at least once in there life time.

US AND INDIA
US Embassy has its office at New Delhi in a very posh area. It has signed an agreement with a builder for developing a project costing to several cores of rupees. But the Indian Government has not approved the project and not cleared the proposal to hand over the land to the builder.
The US Government has been taxing the housing benefits of our Indian Officials at the US. And our Government is paying a lot of money to the US as tax. There is no need to waste the public money to others as tax when there is lot of money required to do social work and improve infrastructure at villages.
